Employee Excellence Awards Spotlight

Every one of ICL’s 1,250 staff members comes to work ready to do what it takes to help our clients live their best lives. The ICL team is made up of not only the hardest working people, but the kindest, who make a difference every day in the lives of the people we serve.

We’re excited to highlight the hard work of our deserving team members who go above and beyond by recognizing this year’s recipients of ICL’s Employee Excellence Awards.

Twenty-five winners were selected from over seventy nominees by the Employee Awards Committee. These employees exemplify the core values of ICL, and we thank them for their profound impact.

Happening at the HUB

After a significant amount of time operating with limited services during the pandemic, the East New York Health Hub is back and bustling!

This month, ICL President & CEO Jody Rudin stopped by for a visit and experienced the great programs that the Hub has to offer.

Jody assisted with the weekly food pantry and visited with clients who were at the Hub to take advantage of the many services including the Mental Health Clinic, the Family Resource Center, a vaccination clinic and more. She also celebrated at a backyard cookout with the participants and staff of ACT, a program that provides highly intensive services for people with the most acute needs.
